WF: First of all, thank you fort the interview. How are you? MS: I am good, thanks.

WF: Could you tell us a little about how you got started in mixed martial arts?
MS: Started in Tae-Kwon-Do at age 8. Been pushing every since.

WF What are your hobbies outside of fighting?
MS: World Travel, Poker, Airsoft.

WF: What do you see yourself doing now if you did not pursue mixed martial arts?
MS: An Overseas Private Security Contractor.

WF: Who is your favorite MMA fighter to watch?
MS: I have a lot of favs... Liddell, St. Pierre, Cro-Cop, etc..

WF: Your fighting style is called Swick-Fu, can you tell us somithing about it?
MS: Its crazy... haha

WF: What aspect of your game are you most satisfied with and in what area are you working the hardest to improve?
MS: Never satisfied. Alwyas working on everything.

WF: Why did you compete as a Light Heavyweight at The Ultimate Fighter instead of fighting as a Middleweight? Would you have been more successfull in the Middleweight Divison?
MS: They asked for vollunteers and I guess I was the only
Middleweight that said ok. I think I would have won the middleweight division.

WF: You defeated David Loiseau in your last fight at UFC 63, can you tell us something about the fight?
MS: It was a bad showing by me and I will be a lot more aggressive in my next fight.

WF: What did you do since your last fight?
MS: Healing up, training, getting better at all aspects.

WF: Your only loss was against Chris Leben, would you like to have a rematch?
MS: Yes.

WF: There are rumors that you will fight at UFC 68 im march 2007, is it true?
MS: Not for sure but very likely.

WF: What do you think about the current UFC Middleweight Champion - Anderson Silva?
MS: Very tough. Nice challenge.

WF: Your are undefeated in the UFC in five fights, do you think you deserve a titleshot against Silva?
MS: Yes.

WF: In february 2007, Anderson Silva will defend the Middleweight title against Travis Lutter. What is your prediction of the fight?
MS: I think Silva has the edge but I think Lutter has a better ground game for MMA. If Lutter gets him down Silva could be in trouble.

WF: Mixed Martial Arts, especially the UFC, made a big evolution in the last years. What do you think are the reasons?
MS: Dana White and the Fertitta's believing in something and stopping at nothing.

WF: Where do you see the sport in ten years?
MS: Gigantic.

WF: What do you think about professional Wrestling?
MS: I dont get to watch much of it. The guys are very good athletes.
